We’re currently looking for a Brand Coordinator (Account Executives) to join our International Team. About the role
As Brand Coordinator you will be working on award winning international accounts. You will have many responsibilities and opportunities to drive global campaigns and culture. You will help manage campaigns by providing documentation, hands-on support and effective communication with the team internally. You will report to the Brand Director, where will train you to continue growing into a more senior role. Positive team spirit is a must, as you’ll work closely with brilliant colleagues across multiple departments.
About you
You're not afraid to get your hands dirty. Whatever the target, you go for it. Where you see conventions, you overturn them. You are ambitious and enthusiastic and thanks to your 'can-do' mentality you always know how to exceed expectations. Your mindset is entrepreneurial and you believe that you can achieve the most by working together with others. In fact, you are a real team player. The interests of the client are high priority to you and are always taken into account. In daily life, you operate naturally at the many intersections of culture, such as music, technology and travel. You also know how to have a good time, so we can balance all this work with some fun.
Requirements
Besides the above...
You have an understanding of cultural differences and the value of proactively inspiring clients and colleagues
You are proactive, able to work independently when required and take ownership of your projects
You can manage multiple projects simultaneously and you are quick on your feet
You are highly organized and able to present information in a clear and concise manner
You are driven to get to the best work and you are comfortable in formulating and sharing your opinion within a group of people
You don’t shy away from exceeding expectations or overcoming obstacles to deliver results
You are extremely detail oriented and structured
Project budgets and financial management don’t scare you - in fact, you crush numbers
Developing and maintaining relationships with counter-teams across the world and external partners will come naturally to you
English proficient (written and spoken)
1-2 years experience in a creative agency
