The role requires a strong financial and accounting background and ideally includes some industry experience.
This role will set the candidate up for a career as a CFO of a mid-sized entity within a large multi-national organisation.

As an International Controller you are responsible for driving the profitability of our Company. Your decision making will have a direct result on the performance of the Company.
Your reporting line will be directly into the CFO.
Roles and Responsibilities
Management Reporting
· Deliver monthly management reporting across different business units using PowerBI tools
· Optimise and improve management reporting
Financial Controller (1-2 smaller entities)
· Accountable for the financial outcome of the Company
· Responsible for detailed monthly forecasting
· Lead profitability improvement projects
· Manage detailed cashflow for the Company
· Ensure Company remains compliant
Client Finance
· Compliance of policies and procedures for jobs
· Management of client profit and loss
· Sparring partner in diverse management team to implement profitability improvement projects
· Preparation and/or review of client reconciliations
· Financial assist in negotiating client pricing
· Financial assistance in scopes of work
· Financial assistance in New Business pitches
Working Capital
· Management of working capital within the Group
· Maximizing cash flow
· Management of Debtor Insurances
Other Tasks
· Manage the Annual Audit process
· Involvement in strategic thinking around the direction of the Group
· Involvement in calculations for transactions with entities
· Key point of contact with TBWA Worldwide for questions
Qualifications
· Registered Accountant or Chartered Accountant (preferred)
· 6-8 years experience
· Experience with a strong financial background
· Industry experience (preferred)
Skills Required
· Excellent Excel skills
· Good with PowerBI
· Good communication skills and a good personality
· Can be tough and say no
· Commercially minded
· English language (required)
· Dutch language (preferred)
· Dutch GAAP and US GAAP experience (preferred)
