MAKE is the production department of Omnicom advertising agencies TBWA\Neboko, 180 Global, and DDB Amsterdam. It consists of a passionate, enthusiastic, and multi-skilled production team. Role
The Media Manager is a crucial role within the post-production team, responsible for the organization, management, and delivery of all media assets. You will work closely with editors, producers, and other post-production specialists to ensure efficient workflows, maintain quality control, and facilitate the smooth completion of diverse projects, ranging from commercials to social media content and AI-driven media.
Key Responsibilities:
• Media Management & Workflows: Ingest, organize, and manage media assets and project files, ensuring proper version control, formatting, and secure archiving. You’ll proactively implement efficient workflows to avoid bottlenecks.
• Post-Production Coordination: Support and technically coordinate the end-to-end post-production process for various projects, from commercials to social content and AI-driven media ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
• Editing & Technical Support: Assist with setting up edit projects, prepping shots for VFX, color correction, and sound, as well as ensuring the right formats and technical specs are met for each platform.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with editors, producers, and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and alignment throughout the post-production process.
• Quality Control & Delivery: Oversee the final quality of all deliverables, ensuring edits are smooth, graphics are clean, and audio is mixed properly. You’ll ensure that all files meet technical specifications for broadcast, online, and social content.
• Innovation & Learning: Experiment with new technologies (like AI tools), share learnings with the team, and contribute to improving our capabilities and workflows.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Post-Production Experience: You should be able to work independently from day one but also eager to learn and grow.
• Editing Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and DaVinci Resolve for round tripping, color management and finishing. Comfortable troubleshooting media issues and performing edits.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of digital video workflows, editing codecs and containers, LUT's and technical specs for different platforms (broadcast, social media, etc.).
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and keep workflows efficient under tight deadlines.
• Communication & Teamwork: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You’ll collaborate with various teams, give and receive feedback, and keep everyone on the same page.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find solutions under pressure.
