We’re currently looking for a highly organised and proactive Studio Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our creative studio. You’ll be instrumental in managing a diverse range of creative production projects—from DTP, print, and digital design to retouching, 3D, and animation—ensuring efficient workflow, smooth communication, and high-quality output.
You’ll work closely with our in-house production teams (Studio, Retouch, Motion, and 3D), as well as account managers and producers, to help plan and track requests, flag resourcing needs, and make sure we’re delivering great work on time and within scope.
You will be reporting to the Head of Studio Production.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor all incoming studio requests across DTP, print, digital, retouch, 3D and animation
Assign tasks to the appropriate team members based on project type, complexity, and availability
Maintain project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Work with the Head of Studio and Executive Producers to manage resource allocation and escalate capacity issues when needed
Ensure studio workflows and processes are followed consistently and improved when necessary
Be the go-to person for tracking project statuses, prioritising work, and resolving production bottlenecks
Collaborate with account management and production teams to ensure briefs are clear, realistic, and properly scoped
Maintain oversight of quality control, ensuring final deliverables meet brand and technical standards
Contribute to continuous improvement of studio operations and communication
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in a studio/project management or similar creative production coordination role
Solid understanding of creative production processes: DTP, print, digital, retouching, 3D and animation
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines
Experience using project management tools (e.g. Asana, Monday, Trello, or similar)
Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally with designers, producers, and account teams
Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and proactive in addressing challenges
Familiarity with file types, specs, and production terminology
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Bonus Points
Previous experience in a fast-paced creative or advertising agency
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, or 3D software (you won’t need to use them, but familiarity helps)
Experience helping implement new tools or workflow systems
